TOMOYA SATOMI (IT BOYA GAMES) sets out the following policy for personal information in the mobile apps we provide.
We take care in managing personal information. Except for the advertising services described below or where required by law, we do not provide information that identifies an individual to third parties.
We may use information such as your operating system version and device identifiers to improve app quality, including identifying bugs, preventing actions that inconvenience other users, and improving features.
We may also obtain the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS or the advertising ID on Android to display in-app advertisements.
We review this privacy policy from time to time and work to make our apps safer to use. Please contact us if you have any questions.

This section applies to Ochiruno × Ukeruno, which uses advertising.
Game records
Game progress, high scores, and the count used to schedule ad breaks are stored on your device. The game does not transmit these game records to our own servers. Removing the app may delete its local records. Operating-system backups are handled according to your device settings.
Advertising services
The app uses Google's Google AdMob advertising service and User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage consent choices. To deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain service quality, these SDKs may transmit information to Google and businesses involved in ad delivery. This may include your IP address (which can be used to estimate a general location), device- or app-related identifiers, ad views and interactions, crash information, and performance information. The information transmitted and the ads available can vary with your region, operating-system permissions, and consent choices.

Consent and privacy choices
Where required by your region or circumstances, the app displays an advertising consent form. When a privacy-options entry point is required, you can revisit your choices through the privacy settings button on the game's title screen. This button is shown according to your region and consent status. You can also review and change iOS tracking permissions in your device's Settings.
The game itself has no fields for your name, email address, or physical address, and does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location. Information you provide when contacting us is used as needed to respond and investigate the issue. We use Apple's aggregated App Store Connect information to view download counts and have not added a separate analytics SDK for this purpose.

This website’s cat collection and display settings
We store the number of greetings you give to cats, the types of cats you have met, your first completion record, and your cat animation preference in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). This lets you continue on your next visit. This feature does not send these records to a server or use them for advertising or analytics.
Records are stored separately for each device and browser. They are not transferred to other devices or browsers. To delete your cat records and completion achievement, open “Cat collection” in the footer and select “Reset records”. Clearing this website’s data in your browser also removes your display preference.
Private browsing or browser settings may prevent records from being saved. If storage is unavailable, you can still play until you close the page.
